Brabus Builds World’s Fastest Sedan

Brabus Rocket Fastest Sedan

Yet another monster has been born in the Brabus garage. The German tuners, who are always pushing the limits of rational thinking, have unveiled the world’s fastest sedan. Using a Mercedes CLS as their starting point, Brabus fitted the vehicle with a twin turbo 6.2-litre V12 engine, giant ceramic brakes and specially designed tires then appropriately called it the Rocket.

With 730 hp and an insane 974 lb ft of torque, the Brabus Rocket has a top speed of 362.4 km/h and can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 4 seconds flat. During test runs on the high-speed track in the southern Italian town of Nardo the high-performance automobile improved upon the previous record of 350.2 km/h, held also by BRABUS with the E V12 Biturbo.

So the big question is obviously, “How much?” While Brabus hasn’t listed a price for the car yet, expect it to be around £250,000, or $500,000 Canadian.
