Just what I wanted, a Pokemon Dodge Neon

Now, here is a question: Does covering a 2003 Dodge Neon completely in Pokemon trading cards make the value go up or down?
“Well, my friend’s brother had a bunch of Pokemon cards laying around and did not have a use for them anymore… After much deliberation about what to do with all these cards, my friend and I decided to cover my entire car with them. It took both of us about 25 hours and there are over 1,500 cards on it. The cards are composed of the “new” and “old” generation. I can’t really give you a reason as to WHY we did this, but we figured it might be worth something on eBay. Him and I are both poor college students with way too much time on our hands.”
